Project

Construction of underground car parks is a part of the project executed by the city of Katowice named: “Reconstruction of the city centre of Katowice”. Performance of the task connected with underground car parks is dealt with by the Investments Department of the City of Katowice and Grontmij Polska Sp. z o.o. “Reconstruction of the city centre of Katowice” is a large-scale project of upgrading and extension of the transportation system, service-commercial and cultural infrastructure as well as a vision to give a new character to the city centre in the rapidly changing reality. Creating an attractive image of the city and providing its inhabitants with comfort are the priority targets of the project.
The project connected with construction of car parks concerns the execution of tasks consisting in:

1. Designing, construction and operation of an underground car park facility along with a retail park within the Dworcowy Square in Katowice
2. Designing, construction and operation of an underground car park facility at the B. Chrobrego Square in Katowice
